At SkyBlade ("us", "we", or "our"), it's our policy to respect and care about your privacy in connection to any data we collect about you across our Services, whether that's our Minecraft server, our web store, our website forms or our Discord server. Rest assured that the data we collect from you is secured and is only used for its intended purpose. All collected information will either be provided by users of our Services or collected automatically through monitory tools. In order to keep SkyBlade's Services running efficiently, we collect certain data from you as you interact with our servers. We've created this notice to offer transparency, highlighting which data we collect from you and how we use it. In order to use any SkyBlade Service, you must agree to both our Data Collection Policy and our Server Rules.   • Player Profile data

  • Player punishments

  • Game statistics

  • Cosmetic purchases and selections

  • Game unlocks and selections

  • Pet purchases and selections

  • SkyBlade Wordle guesses

  • Your daily login streak

  • Your vote streak

  • Vote reward claim

  • Chat messages, public or private

  • Commands run

  • Friends data

  • Achievement Data

  • Daily challenges' data

Reasons for Data Collection:
The data you generate or give to SkyBlade is only used to support our Services and provide a better experience. Data collected on our website forms and Discord server are used to help us process applications, ensure you meet certain requirements and gain feedback to help us to improve our Services. Data collected on our Minecraft servers are used to enhance your experience, saving your settings, statistics and preferences so they're available every time you log in. We also use data collected on our Minecraft server to help enforce our rules and keep our community safe. Without this data, it would be difficult for us to provide a reasonable experience. We do not keep your data for any longer than needed. If for any reason you do not agree to our collection or use of your data, you are not permitted to use our Services.

Children's Data Privacy:
We allow children of all ages to access our Minecraft servers. We do not, however, allow children under the age of 13 to submit any applications or access our Discord server. We do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the event that we become aware that someone has accessed our Discord server under the age of 13, we take the necessary steps to remove them and report the account to Discord for their review. Any applications created by them and any other personally identifiable interactions are then immediately removed from our servers.

The security of your data is important to us. All SkyBlade servers are locked behind secure, encrypted protocols, 2-Factor Authentication systems, and secure passwords. While we make every effort to keep your data secure, no method of transmission over the Internet, or approach of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
